- Overall Responsibility of Sales Target Achievement of self and team
- Revenue Growth as per set target on Order booking versus actual
- Responsibility of Collection of due Outstanding with the help of Commercial team
- Timely bill submission and monitoring on acknowledgement uploading by the team.
- Gross Margin Achievement as per set target ( Self and Team )
- Monitoring of Sales Visits of Self and Team
- Weekly / Monthly Sales Reviews and day wise target monitoring
- Focusing on Territory development and BA Development for new Areas
- Monitoring of Gap between Sales and Operations
- Resolution of Escalated issues of Customers
- Strong operational and sales knowledge in 3pl, Logistics environment included good network and contacts in the industry
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Identify business opportunities and hunt for customers for the sales
- Strong account development and maintain strategic relationship with new customers
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
REQUIREMENTS
- Good experience in 3pl, Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with sales exposure is must.
- Experienced in leading the sales and operation team.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
