International company is looking for HR BP, zone of responsibility Kazakhstan and CA.
Responsibility:
Collaborate with management and training and development team in organization of internal and external trainings;
Compensation and benefits: administration of a payroll process, collect information of bonuses, incentive payments, compensation etc. of personnel;
Coordinate of external HR administration service providers;
Implementing HR strategy and initiatives that align the company's goals, particularly in relation to employee development, engagement, compliance and retention in diverse& inclusion environments;
Developing HR procedures and policies, implement improvements to HR processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for enhancements to the HR service;
Build a leadership and management to meet current and future needs of the business via succession planning, the development of high potential people and an effective resourcing plan;
Provide advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues;
Identify future staffing needs, organizational structure and budget;
Management in the budgeting process of human resource related activity.
Requirements:
Well organized, able to focus on several issues and prioritize effectively;
High level of analytical skills, planning and organizing;
Knowledge of labour law;
Leadership skills;
Minimum 5 years relevant experience;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Fluent English is mandatory.
