Job responsibilty:

• Perform the role of HR Business Partner for the Strategic Assets liaising with the Strategic Assets Department; supporting the company’s HR related initiatives

• Assisting with talent issues for boards and senior executive positions. Leading recruitment projects for Strategic Assets department as well as senior management and board selection processes as and when required

• Create a PMO for the HR & Admin Department tracking and reporting on initiatives

• Drive the ongoing monitoring and reporting on the company's goals and objectives

 • Organize quarterly department performance reviews

 • Work with the CHRO to drive organizational change programmes and coordinating workstreams such as the enhancement or transfer of responsibilities, managing change communications, updating job descriptions, organization charts, systems and reports

• To design and develop cross functional and vertical internal employee communication processes and forums (such as annual performance updates, management offsites)

• Lead the company’s departments in ensuring there are adequate business continuity and staff welfare planning and testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources or Business/Management

• Fluent in English, Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage
