Our client, one of the reputed Holding group (semi govt) of company is looking to hire HR specialist having experience in managing recruitment for diverse sectors & industries, Arabic, female only. Budget 12K - 16K
Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process, researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of Group Company and its subsidiaries’ hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management to hire and retain qualified candidates.
- Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates and / or build talent pools for current and future engagements.
- Continuously partner with the internal stakeholders to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies and improve processes to drive better manager and candidates experience.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role
- Use competency interviewing to identify and select candidates.
- Develop and implements new approaches for recruitment and selection.
- Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to attract talents and build a talent pool.
- Develop & update the companies job descriptions.
