Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of Group Company and its subsidiaries’ hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management to hire and retain qualified candidates.
• Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates and / or build talent pools for current and future engagements.
• Continuously partner with the internal stakeholders to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies and improve processes to drive better manager and candidates experience.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role
• Use competency interviewing to identify and select candidates.
• Develop and implements new approaches for recruitment and selection. 
• Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to attract talents and build a talent pool. 
• Develop & update the companies job descriptions.
