The Senior HR Business Partner is an effective business leader with the ability to lead through influence, managing both internal and external stakeholders. This individual will be expected to create competitive and breakthrough strategies for specific functional areas and provide technical leadership on HR process(es) to stakeholders in business. The Senior HR Business Partner will develop a deep understanding of organizational structure and represent the company externally, anticipating and acting upon industry trends. This position will report to the HRBP Lead EIMEA.
 
Qualifications: 

• 12 – 15 years of experience in HR Operations scope.
• Extensive experience in Manufacturing industry exposure
