We’re looking to hire a Senior HRBP to join one of the leading multinational companies in FMCG industry in Algeria. This Senior HRBP will be the change agent and strategic partner for the business, who will work on - together with line managers - setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the Senior HRBP main focus is aligning the organization’s people strategy with its business strategy, so you will be accountable for overseeing all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with the company’s business goals and meeting people expectations.
- Increasing productivity and retention within the company is always the aim for the HRBP, so you will be working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and boost the company's culture among the employees.
- You -as an HRBP- are usually perceived as the go-to person who provides HR policy guidance and many other sorts of functional support.
- As you'll be the focal point within the HR department, you'll be responsible for people development through identifying training needs for teams and individuals and evaluating the training programs to ensure continous growth & learning.
- The Senior HRBP will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning.
- Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business.
- Implementing reward and recognition intervention to ensure employees’ engagement.
- Working closely with other HR teams to ensure that innovative inclusive recruitment strategies are implemented.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business partnering.
- Fluent English & French.
- Having experience in both Commercial & Manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent people management & communication skills.
- Analytical and goal oriented.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- Ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results.
- Solid business acumen.
