Responsibilities

• Verify reasonableness of client’s financial statements
• Internal audit reviews covering but not limited to the following areas:  Legal, Finance and Operations, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Procurement, Health & Safety and Environment Management, Human Resources.
• Support and contribute on the execution of technical audit such fraud investigation, special assignment, consulting review and others.
• Conduct audits or lead audit teams in performance of audits and reviews of systems and processes. Prepare and report results to  executives and Shareholder

Experience

1. Experience  5 to 10 years of internal or external audit experience .
2. Solid big 4 experience
3. CIA or other equivalent professional qualification.
4.  Arabic , English & French
5. Candidate must be based in Morocco and willing to relocate to UAE for this role
