      • Work mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO)

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for FIS applications and related business processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze production incidents, defects, and system failures to identify root causes and resolve issues quickly.
• Investigate data discrepancies, reconciliation breaks, and failed transactions to maintain end-to-end data and process accuracy.
• Support incident management activities including triage, escalation, problem management, and defect tracking.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements for system fixes, improvements, and enhancements.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production validation to ensure successful system changes.
• Monitor application performance, transaction flows, and system interfaces to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support inbound and outbound integrations such as APIs, file-based transfers, and middleware interfaces.
• Validate data mappings, transformation logic, reconciliation rules, and exception handling processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, support procedures, control matrices, and issue logs.
• Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve system reliability.

Candidate requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in technical analysis, system analysis, or application support.
• 5+ years of experience supporting FIS applications such as Treasury and Risk Manager, SWIFT Services, or GetPaid.
• Experience in production support, including handling data flows and transaction processing.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of SDLC, incident management, and change management processes.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, file interfaces, middleware, and data mapping.
• Experience with testing, defect tracking, and release support.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Knowledge of banking file formats like BAI, MT940, or CAMT.
• Familiarity with monitoring or service management tools.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum ways of working.
