This role focuses on migrating legacy loan applications into a new IT environment, ensuring seamless integration and performance stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the migration of historical internal interest rates for legacy contracts.
• Set up and test calculation procedures for accuracy.
• Ensure the stability and performance of the calculation tool, especially with increasing monthly data volumes.
• Translate business needs into models, diagrams, and presentations.
• Validate requirements through reviews, walkthroughs, and demos.
• Lead UAT testing and user training as needed.
• Facilitate team communication to achieve consensus on scope and design decisions.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years as a Technical Analyst in Banking (Lending).
• In-depth knowledge of lending and financial processes, especially Funds transfer pricing computation (IZR methodology).
• Understanding of Private Banking products, including mortgages and home loan savings.
• Expertise in cash-flow-valuation logic and present value calculations.
• Familiarity with data models and processes in private/retail banking environments.
• Proficiency with calculation tools such as zeb, NSW-IZR, Marzipan, or SAP SEM PA.
• Experience in data warehouse environments, including data models and flows.
• Strong background in IT project work, including UAT test management.
• Knowledge of database concepts, SQL, ETL, BI solutions, and data analytics.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in German is a plus.
