SENIOR JAVA ENGINEER

Responsibilities and Duties

• Shape the right solutions and technologies for the customer
• Closely collaborate with the customer and other team members
• Design, develop and maintain solutions with Java and/or Kotlin
• Work together to improve and optimize existing functionalities
• Setup the technical testing phases (unit tests, integration tests …)
• Stay updated on new technologies and patterns

Qualifications and Skills

• 2/3+ years of experience developing with Java
• Strong experience in software implementation with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring core, Spring Cloud, REST WS, SOAP.
• Knowledge of the main development Pattern Designs: MVC, EIP, IoC
• Experience with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills reinforced by structured problem-solving approach
• Fluency in English and Italian is needed to work in our international environment

Nice to Have:

• Good Cryptography knowledge
• Experience in extreme programming practices (XP)
• Agile - Scrum Experience
• Experience with Kotlin
• Experience with SQL ServerAngular or React
