Tasks:
- Prioritize tasks to fully leverage competitive advantages.
- Effectively handle and guide complex sales negotiations.
- Actively capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
- Oversee tender processes involving all relevant parties.
- Implement strategic initiatives to drive market development.
- Collaborate with Product Management to shape product development based on market needs and potential differentiation.
- Collaborate with Marketing to determine priorities for promotions.
- Foster positive internal interactions to facilitate sales activities.
- Conduct independent market analysis to gain insights and make informed decisions.
- Create comprehensive action plans to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide customers with extensive technical expertise.
- Serve as a role model and consultant for other Customer Relationship Managers.
- Collaborate with Sales Management to develop sales strategies for specific areas of focus.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Milling science or Food Manufacturing
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the flour milling industry
- Certificate from the Swiss Milling School or African milling School or equivalent
- Grain and flour characteristics knowledge is a must
- Good English communication
