International consulting company is looking for goal-oriented and experienced lawyer.

Responsibilities:

• Compliance with the law in the activities of the Partnership and protection of its legal interests;
• Carries out legal expertise of draft orders, instructions, fixtures and other acts of a legal nature prepared in the Partnership, submits them, and also participates in the preparation of such documents. Takes measures to infect or cancel legal acts issued in violation of the law;
• Organizes the preparation of transactions on legal issues, includes the activities of the Partnership, as well as draft regulations, receipt for review by the Partnership;
• Includes a methodological guide for considering issues in commodity science, explains its legislation and procedures, the impact on assisting structural units in claim work, preparing and submitting documents to judicial and arbitration bodies;
• Representation the interest of the Partnership of issues in court, arbitration court, as well as in state and public organizations when considering legal cases, obtaining the conduct of judicial and arbitration cases;
• Participates in the preparation and approval of collective agreements, service agreements, industry tariff agreements, the development and implementation of measures to take into account labor disciplines, regulate social and labor relations in the Partnership;
• Leads the work on the analysis and generalization of the results of the investigation of claims, court and arbitration cases, as well as the practice of monitoring and executing business contracts, proposals to eliminate the identified shortcomings and damage to the production and economic and financial activities of the Partnership;
• Participates in the development and acceptance of measures for the transportation of goods in contractual, financial and labor disciplines, special preservation of the property of the Partnership;
• Prepares observations on proposals to involve employees of the enterprise in disciplinary and material documentation;
• Organizes systematic accounting, storage, amendments to legislative and regulatory acts approved by the Partnership, as well as those issued by its head, access to which is used by users on the basis of modern information technologies, computer equipment, communications and communications;
• Involves informing employees about the current legislation, as well as organizing work to attract major representatives of regulatory legal acts, to involve them in their activities;
• Organizes legal consulting for employees on legal issues;
• Advises Kazakhstan clients and foreign clients of the Partnership on all issues of Kazakhstan law;
• Represents the interests of the Partnership and clients in state bodies and non-state organizations;
• Prepares a commercial offer based on the proposals received from customers;
• Manages the activities of the legal department of the Partnership, coordinates the process of legal activities of employees of the legal department of the Partnership;
• Takes into account daily and in full in a special time tracking program all services rendered when working on projects. The senior lawyer is obliged to enter the data on the last day of the current month in such a way that, as of the last day of the month, all the working days of the month are taken into account in the system.

Requirements:

• Higher professional (legal) education
• At least 5 years work experience in the specialty
• Proficiency in English at least Upper-Intermediate level;
• Good command of MS Office package
