Requirements for education and professional experience:

• higher legal education obtained in the leading universities of the Russian Federation or the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• over 3 years of experience in legal consulting as a lawyer or

in-house lawyer

• it is desirable to have experience with EU, UK and US sanctions legislation;

• experience in due diligence of projects for the presence of regulatory and sanctions risks;

• sanctions compliance;

• fluency in Russian and English, including legal vocabulary;

• citizenship of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the Russian Federation;

• advantage are:

o Diploma in law from a foreign university (LLM),

o experience in international law firms,

o presence in international legal ratings.
