• Sale & Purchase, Lease, License, Escrow, Ground Lease Development, Engineering & Construction, Assignment, Commercial Mortgages, Concessions, Management, Project Development, Agency, Facility, Marketing, Joint Venture, Non-Disclosure, Confidentiality, Cooperation, Subscription,  Letters of Intent, MOU’s,  Funding Documents, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Shareholders’ arrangements, Power of Attorney, Indemnities, Share Sale and Purchase related documentation, Settlements, Consultancies and Supplier Contracts, Terms & Conditions of Sale & Purchase etc.
