Job Description
- Tensure that the Company activities, including its branches, comply with the law and ethical norms, on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- protect the property and other legitimate rights and interests of the Company by legal means, including its branches.
- provide legal support for the preparation of draft legal documents, the preparation of contracts concluded by the Company;
- inform the structural departments of the Company, its branches (further jointly referred to as - "Company subdivisions") about the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further referred to as – the "RUz"), related to the Company activity, and to explain the norms of the legislation
- provide legal assistance to the Company divisions and management.
