Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, review, negotiation and standardization of various new, bespoke and existing templates for meeting ongoing business and product requirements.
• Oversight and team management of 2 to 4 corporate counsels.
• Work with product team for implementing apt contract and documentation for our clients and vendors.
• Highly diligent and professional acumen to foresee and manage Contractual, Regulatory and Reputational risks to the company and its group companies.
• Training around important legal developments to relevant employees on periodic basis.
• Negotiates, drafts and advises on legal agreements, business SLAs and end to end contract management.
• Meet Corporate Governance & Policy requirements.
• Should be able to work independently, guide and manage legal team for achieving desired results and counsel cross-functional teams in a fast paced and diverse environment.

Deliverables:

Experience :

• Good background of FinTech business, Companies Act, 2013 and Contract Management related legal work in Digital Banking, BBPS and financial services space and RBI & FEMA regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing processes for efficient and streamlining Legal operations especially for Contract Management.

Educaional Qualification:

LLB + CS (Perferred)
