A Well Established Company is looking forward to hire a Senior Legal Counsel.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, or other legal documents with an acceptable level of risks
• Support the business in all legal and contractual matters including claim management, dispute settlement
• Support bid teams during tender process including contractual and legal evaluation of tender documents
• Support the business in proactively managing and instructing litigation, arbitration or other dispute matters
• Handling of corporate law matters

Requirements: 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an international business environment and/or law firms 
• Proven experience as Legal Counsel in construction, industrial, or telecom environment  
• Fully versed in civil and commercial laws 
• Familiar with public tenders and procurement law
• Fluent in English and Arabic language 
• FIDIC knowledge would be a plus.
• Excellent Leader who is able to interact with variety of stakeholders   
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills 
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
• Outstanding communication skills
• Law degree in Business,(desirable LLM/LLB)
