About the role:

The Senior Manager – AI Consulting (Automotive) leads AI and Generative AI transformation programs for automotive OEMs, suppliers, and mobility providers. The role focuses on applying AI across manufacturing, supply chain, connected vehicles, sales, and aftersales to drive operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define AI and GenAI strategy for automotive clients aligned to business and mobility objectives
• Lead large-scale AI programs across smart manufacturing, quality, supply chain, demand forecasting, and customer analytics
• Drive AI use cases such as predictive maintenance, visual inspection, demand planning, pricing, and personalization
• Own CXO-level client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders
• Govern solution architecture, data platforms, MLOps, and Responsible AI adoption
• Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional AI, data, and engineering teams
• Support automotive-focused pre-sales, proposals, and large transformation pursuits

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong leadership experience in AI, ML, Advanced Analytics, and GenAI
• Proven experience delivering AI transformations for automotive OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, or mobility companies
• Deep understanding of automotive value chains including manufacturing, logistics, dealer networks, and aftersales
• Hands-on exposure to AI use cases such as computer vision, optimization, forecasting, and LLM-based solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
• MBA (Mandatory)
