Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Account Management: Understand client needs deeply and provide tailored solutions for space requirements, lease renewals, and expansions.

• Sales Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed individual sales targets as set by management.

• Proposal & Database Management: Lead the proposal development process and ensure the accuracy of the database within your areas of influence.

• Data & MIS Reporting: Generate insightful reports and maintain an accurate database for accounts handled, aligning with company requirements.

• Event Participation: Represent the company at key business forums and events to drive brand awareness and create business opportunities.

• New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and exploring new market trends.

• Lead Management: Take charge of inbound leads, establishing strong initial contact and nurturing them into long-term opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in business development (experience in real estate preferred)

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and property-related documents

• Good understanding of business policies, procedures, and client evaluation

• Excellent research skills for market and property analysis

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Strong organizational and time management skills
