 The Business Finance Manager will be closely aligned with Business Head and have an end to end P & L and cost ownership for his business unit (BU). .

 Reporting will be to the Business Finance Head of the company.

 Take the lead in setting up the processes to enable high growth

 Ownership of the P&L of business unit and implementing policies to support collection metrics

 Monitor the cost of the BU and take adequate steps to bring the cost in line with the budget

 Monitor KPI and identify the cause of any unexpected variances

 Prepare MIS reports and provide ad hoc reports to management

 Support controllership team in the closing book on time and meeting statutory requirements

 Work on budgeting process for the business

 Work closely with the CFO on business initiatives

Education - CA / MBA Finance from top Colleges with 5 to 8 years of experience.
