1. M&A Opportunity:

• Analyze companies for M&A Opportunities.
• Review the valuation of any Opportunity.
• Preparation of Note for Internal Stakeholder/Board of Director/ Shareholders.

2. Strategic Work for CFO:

• Calculate ROE of Any New or Existing Projects.
• Discussion with Internal and External Stakeholders.
• Evaluate Process Automation and Use of Artificial Intelligence.

3. Cost Optimization and Industry Benchmarking:

• Review and Analysis of Various Cost Elements.
• Comparative analysis of cost elements with Industry.

4. Presentation for CFOs/ CEO/ Board of Directors for Strategic Initiatives:

• Prepare Board Presentation.
• Presentation to Internal Stake Holders.
• Prepare Notes for CFO/CEO.

5. MIS:

• Preparing Management Information (MIS) Reports.

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp:

CA/MBA from Premium institute with 5+ yrs. of experience
