Hiring a Senior Manager – finance for a global FinTech SaaS B2B Payments Infrastructure platform.

Our client is a London - headquartered start-up SaaS FinTech company that provides a global scale Forex remittances platform (both Send side and Receive side) that enables instant foreign exchange remittances and payments through API-driven integration. Role details:

• Title / Designation: Senior Manager – Finance
• Reporting Manager: Finance Controller
• Location: UK, London – Hybrid

Role & responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams (not limited to Compliance, Payment Ops and Treasury) to identify & ensure relevant funds are safeguarded as per FCA Regulations
• Manage financial control process and tracking of performance against budgets /forecasts, as well as making sure they align with the company’s OKRs.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting process across the company.
• Prepare financial and business performance reports to guide management teams and leadership in decision making.
• Prepare board of directors reports and presentations.
• Prepare business analysis to identify value creation opportunities for company.
• Business Finance partnering - working closely with stakeholders with business heads across the region (including Europe) to help evaluate new business opportunities, business performance and advise on investments required to be made to grow the business.
• Reviewing the reconciliation activities; including setting up journal entries and accounting for provisions.
• Preparing, examining & analysing accounting records, financial statements & other financial reports to assess accuracy as per International financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Ensuring the company is in complaint with UK Tax compliances.

Candidate requirements:

• Must have 10+ years of experience with CMA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA in FCA especially good knowledge on Payment Services Regulations 2017 and the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 including safeguarding regulations.
• Hands on experience in guide management teams and leadership in decision making.
• Hands on experience in external, Internal & safeguarding auditors for completing all audits on time.
• Hands on experience in handling fund management by monitoring the inflow & outflow of funds and ensure optimum utilization of available funds to accomplish organizational goals.
