Our client is a start up and is looking for a Senior Manager Financial Due Diligence in pursuit of growth - organic & inorganic

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Managing and participating in due diligence engagements

• Analyzing financial and operational results of targets through the preparation of various analysis by reviewing accounting records

• Preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information

• Ensure proper compliance protocols/procedures are adhered to and applied correctly

• Helping in preparing reports and schedules

• Chartered Accountancy degree or MBA Finance with 6-8 years of experience into Financial Due Diligence

• At least 2 years of relevant experience working with a public accounting firm and/or mergers and acquisitions transactions experience

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
