- Sound experience in drafting and reviewing simple and complex contracts such as Lease Agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements, Distribution Agreements, EPC Contracts, Joint Venture Agreements, etc. ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable laws.
- Legal Consultation and Advise on wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to commercial, civil, criminal, and regulatory issues.
- Proficient in drafting legal opinion(s) / Reports on all UAE Laws specifically Civil Transaction Law, Company Law, Real Estate Laws, Construction Law, Insurance Law, Commercial Agency Law, Bankruptcy Law, Maritime Law etc.
- Assist with maintenance and updating of legal database and Provide training to the business to enhance legal awareness.
- Should be knowledgeable in ADGM, DIFC, and Arbitration.
- Candidate should be able to perform business development functions and bringing new business in the Company.
