Key Responsibilities :
- Develops/maintains sub-segment strategy for sustainable and profitable growth
- Define segment strategy for respective market, Industry , Business
- Identifies customer product/application and service needs
- Product positioning, Differentiation against strategy
- Coordination of tactical approach towards competition
- Monitors Market Trends, legislative, technological, social changes
- Develops market/customer value propositions (products/pricing)
- Product cost benchmarking and margin management
- Conducts segmentations, prioritizes customer growth opportunities
- Monitoring of product profitability and initiation of corrective action
- Develops & closes targets, provides presentation information, leads and accounts direction for sales (within segment)
- Key Coordinator with Country, Global and regional Segment Team

- Manages relationships and is perceived as an opinion leader
- Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders

- Closely work with Regional Sales Head to drive segment / sub segment in the region.

- Participates in/or leads key sector associations
- Develops sustainable/profitable customer/product portfolio
- Monitors segment profitability and initiates improvement opportunities

- Leads product/application launches within segment
- Develop price bands and give operational price guidance in collaboration with Supply Chain.
- Actively use digital tools to promote the segment growth via Internal and External resource (Publish customer success stories)
- Innovation & Project Acquisition:
- Initiates Innovation projects to secure growth & provides on-going prioritization

- Play a critical role in following up on acquired and existing projects and if applicable its transfer to India (Asian) production sites till commercialization.
- Manages relationships and is perceived as an opinion leader
