• Portuguese speaker, currently based in Angola or open to relocate to Angola.
• Past background in Sales OR Project Management with Real Estate in Angola.  
• Good understanding & experience of the local real estate market in Angola, connections into development authority or the local Real Estate / Construction community.

Responsibility:

• Experience in managing Operations of a new development project.
• Have managed operations of a new development project.
• Establish, manage & lead a new team. Hire team having good background in Real Estate in Angola.
• Excellent Project Management skills with financial understanding.
• Have managed new development project launch.
• Managed Marketing & Events activity, related to new launch.
