Job Title Manager -

Project Development & Investments (position shall depend on relevant experience and knowledge)

Job Overview -

The job profile requires to have good knowledge of financial modelling, financial analysis and should have hands-on on MS-excel. The person should have a good understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts. The person needs to have high analytical thinking to quickly analyze multiple causes and effects of various input variables. The job shall be focused on preparing financial models and derive critical outputs to help the management make strategic decisions accordingly. Exposure to both Utility and C&I business will be preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties -

• Prepare Financial Models for competitive bidding (solar, wind, hybrid, RTC & Storage), M&A transactions and business analyses on need basis.
• Assess and understand the assumptions shared by business and technical teams to ensure correctness of the analysis.
• Prepare financial models for evolving hybrid tenders, RTC tenders, battery storage models, pumped hydro models etc.
• Detailed valuation computation of various M&A deals being sought by the company.
• Assist the team on handling the assurance processes by Shell on each opportunity.

Qualifications -

• Education level: Graduate in Commerce / MBA in Finance / CA

Experience -

• 6+ years

Specific skills -

• Proficient in MS-excel; Understanding of financial statements; Knowledge of macro is a plus; Should have an analytical approach.

Personal characteristics -

• Good interpersonal skills; Result oriented approach o Certifications: Certification on MS-excel/MS-office is a plus.
