Qualification - B.E. / B. Tech. 

Job Responsibilities: -

NPD:

• Overall coordination for New development parts / ECNs.
• Manufacturing feasibility of new RFQs / ECN received from new / existing customers.
• Development (APQP) timeline preparation and agreement with customer.
• Internal review and updated timeline submission to customer as per defined frequency
• Handling of design changes during New parts development / ECNs
• Submission of details to Marketing team (process changes, tool modification, part cost changes etc.)
• Finalization of Manufacturing process, Tooling and additional/new resources.
• Finalization of packaging design.
• Ensuring development of parts as per agreed timeline.

QA:

• Single window to customers for all QA related activities.
• Customer Complaint closure – As per agreed timeline.
• System compliance audit from Existing and New customers: –
  • Green status / As per agreement with customers.
  • Audit observation closure - 100% as per agreed timeline.

Skills Required:-

• Sound knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes and Tooling concepts.
• Sound knowledge of inspection concepts & techniques.
• Sound knowledge of APQP – PPAP documents.
• Knowledge of Quality management system (IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 etc.)
• Commercial acumen.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Sound oral and written communication skills.

Candidate profile requirements:

• Must have good academics (First class in 10th/ 12th)
• Full-time degree holders are preferred.
• Graduates from renowned universities/ institutions preferred.
