Join our Client's leadership team as Senior Manager – Risk & Assurance, supporting enterprise-wide risk management and assurance activities. In this strategic role, you’ll drive the implementation of the ERM framework, enhance governance, and lead risk-based audits using advanced data analytics, SAP, and AI tools. You'll also mentor teams, strengthen internal controls, and promote a strong risk culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and enhance the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.

Perform risk assessments and maintain risk registers.

Develop and execute a risk-based assurance plan across financial, operational, IT, and compliance areas.

Introduce continuous auditing using analytics, SAP, and AI.

Drive improvements in internal controls and governance frameworks.

Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Conduct workshops to build risk awareness across departments.

Mentor and guide a team of assurance professionals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

CA / ACCA / CPA certification required.

12–16 years’ experience in risk or assurance roles, preferably in consulting and manufacturing.

Proficient in SAP and audit analytics tools.
