- Empowering team to ‘Realize Org. Vision’ & establish/ improvise processes to achieve ‘Higher Degree of Excellence’.
- Drive Excellence (inc. planning to spread across new functions/ businesses)
- Facilitate formulation & execution of strategy document
- Facilitate & Collaborative work along with EE/ process Owners to establish / enhance processes
- Drive capability building on TQM (inc. its pillars) across business & hierarchies
- Drive & Institutionalize DWM (Routine Management) & PDCA across verticals/ hierarchies
