Job Responsibilities 

• Overview Functioning of the Finance Team
• Reconciliation of captive and marketplace sales, payments, charges, TDS, TCS, etc. and booking of sales in the Accounting Software
• Invoice verification - Vendors, Marketplace, & Suppliers
• Identification and closure of Reconciliation issues with concerned stakeholders - both AR & AP
• Seeking Balance confirmations - AP & AR on a periodic basis
• Building Inventory Controls - setting systems for inward, outward, returns, transfers, etc. and reconciliation of Inventory as per Books and Inventory Management software
• GST and related compliances - workings, return filing - at present 5 states
• TDS - Monthly reco, payments, quarterly return filing and issuance of TDS certificates
• Suggest best practices to automate processes in Finance & Accounting
• Monthly MIS, Business Plan and Cash Flow Projections including Variance analysis
• Payroll processing and approval of Vendor payments

We are hiring for the role of Senior Manager- Finance for Gurgoan location having CA as a qualification with minimum 3 years of experience in finance.
