We are hiring for one of the reputed Building Material Industry with 8-10 Years of experience Post Qualification of MBA for Delhi location. This is for the role of Senior Manager- Supply Chain Management. 

Roles:

1. Partner with key business stakeholders in executing Supply chain strategy
2. Implement efficient Logistics and  processes and standards
3. Working closely with Zonal and Regional Managers/Head sales/Finance team to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency 
4. Ensure compliance with local, state and international laws
5. Sourcing large size vendors & their development 
6. Develop and implement turnaround time, delivery time, no breakage, logistics, indirect purchases.
7. Overseeing the implemented systems and processes are followed i.e maintaining records etc.
8. Strict Compliance & Liasioning with Local govt bodies Pollution Board, PWD, Police etc.
9. Working closely with IT Infra & System team to develop efficient IT solutions & smoothen up the Logistics and Supply Chain process.
10. Responsible to lead cost saving efforts across Supply Chain by facilitating identification of cost saving opportunities. 
11. Ensure proper Audit work has been done as per company policy and fill the gaps areas and ensure continuous improvement
12. Manage & Build High Performance team and culture.
