What you will work on:

• Driving recruitment strategy for the technical and non technical roles (lateral and campus)
• Maintain and regularly update recruitment reports and analyze recruitment activity for accurate forecasting and recruitment initiatives
• Developing and planning recruitment strategies around sourcing, branding, candidate experience and process management
• Driving operational excellence across the entire recruitment funnel by actively monitoring our recruiting funnel data, analyzing the results, and identifying areas for improvement
• Initiating and driving projects from time to time to help optimize and making the recruitment process more efficient
• Managing a team of recruiters and supporting them to perform and excel

The ideal candidate:

• Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required
• Ability to manage the performance of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English language
• People's person with strong negotiation skills

Qualification and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• At least 2 years of experience managing recruiters
• Experience in managing employer branding including online reviews (e.g. glassdoor)
• Experience in campus hiring (engineers and MBA institutes)
