Job Description
What you will work on:
- Driving recruitment strategy for the technical and non technical roles (lateral and campus)
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment reports and analyze recruitment activity for accurate forecasting and recruitment initiatives
- Developing and planning recruitment strategies around sourcing, branding, candidate experience and process management
- Driving operational excellence across the entire recruitment funnel by actively monitoring our recruiting funnel data, analyzing the results, and identifying areas for improvement
- Initiating and driving projects from time to time to help optimize and making the recruitment process more efficient
- Managing a team of recruiters and supporting them to perform and excel
The ideal candidate:
- Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required
- Ability to manage the performance of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English language
- People's person with strong negotiation skills
Qualification and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- At least 2 years of experience managing recruiters
- Experience in managing employer branding including online reviews (e.g. glassdoor)
- Experience in campus hiring (engineers and MBA institutes)
