Job Description:

1. Review of Monthly Finance Input to be sent to the Payroll service provider.

2. Verification of all approvals for all exceptional payout.

3. Review of Shadow payroll run.

4. Review of all payroll related accounting.

5. Coordination with Actuaries for quarterly Actuarial reports.

6. Regular interaction with the payroll service providers.

7. Oversee Statutory payroll and accounting audits on a periodic basis.

Qualification and Skills:

1. B Com with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Payroll processing and accounting.

2. Experience in the IT industry preferred.

3. Excellent knowledge required for payroll taxation

4. Good communication skills.

5. Experience with SAP software for accounting entry posting is a must.

6. Well verse with all advanced Excel functions.

7. Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
