Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting

• Responsible for preparing Financial Statements, reporting and accounting

• Perform variance analysis and state the reasons for variance

• Responsible for payroll MIS reporting, accounting, and preparation of payroll schedule

• Timely finalization of books of accounts and payroll reporting

• Assist in Implementation of internal financial control and accounting policies

• Responsible for improving/ implementing processes by having good understanding of the business and a good understanding of underlying data

• Automate the MIS and Financial reporting process

• Responsible for end-to-end co-ordination on Due diligence, internal audit and stat audit assignments

• Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments and assemble invoices to be completed for payment

Qualifications

-CA Qualified with 6+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting

- Experience in a startup company will be an added advantage
