Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end P&L for the category
• Drive category strategy, growth roadmap, and assortment planning
• Lead vendor partnerships, sourcing, and commercial negotiations
• Optimize inventory, pricing, and sell-through using data insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive execution and growth
• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 members
