Responsibilities

• Understand business drivers and strategize to ensure business profitability
• Direct the formulation of management reports highlighting deviations, budget deficits/extensions and initial recommendation, before reviewing and distributing to leadership for comments
• Drives appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization, and capital efficiency. Manages and closely monitors the cash flow and takes action to improve Net Working Capital. Enforces Corporate, BA, relevant division specific
• Support the development of analysis frameworks for various plans, business or restructuring cases
• Organize the collection and analysis of market and financial information
• Build integrated financial planning models, including KPI-driven scenarios
• Validate plans through market trend analysis and benchmarking against peers

Required

• Years of experience in similar role 5+ years, experience in functional controlling reporting & analysis preferred.
• Excellent skill on MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluency in English proficiency speaking and written
• Good communication skills
• Experience in SAP and data analytical tools such as PowerBI preferred
