Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Understanding of SAP Global Enterprise structure, Recruitment, On boarding, Life Cycle Management, Organization Management, Career Development, Performance Management, Off-boarding etc.
2. Hands-on experience of PA, OM, Time & Payroll in SAP HR Module; and integration between Payroll and PA & Time
3. Understanding of integration capabilities with other modules and third-party applications including cloud offerings
4. Experience of working in a partner support echo system
5. Knowledge and Experience of HR Data Analytics & MIS Reports
6. Hands-on experience of managing Statutory Compliances
7. Good command of advance features of MS Excel & PowerPoint
8. Must be an effective communicator and must have good influencing ability and interpersonal skills
9. Team Player with strong conflict management capabilities
10. Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage teams/partners at different
11. Ability to consistently focus on and achieve aggressive Time, Cost Quality targets for delivery projects
Minimum of 7 - 9 yrs of experience
Desired Attributes
SAP HR Certification
Knowledge of Project Management Tools
Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint
