What you will work on:
● Work with hiring managers and leadership team (including Founders) to build the annual manpower plan and budget, and track hiring against the same.
● Developing talent acquisition strategies to achieve the hiring plan within agreed TAT and budgets.
● Manage a small team of recruiters and ensure their success in closing allocated roles by providing guidance when required and training.
● Support in building a strong employer brand via social media and other channels.
● Support in campus hiring process and building a strong cohort of Management Trainees across different education streams.
● Prepare required dashboards and MIS for management reporting wrt Talent Acquisition (sourcing mix, hiring cost, TAT report, etc.)
The ideal candidate:
● Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required
● Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships with team and hiring managers
● Proficient in the use of social media and various job boards
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management skills are essential
Qualification and Experience:
● 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition for both tech and non-tech hiring
● Minimum 2 years of experience in managing recruiters
● Experience of hiring in the BFSI industry is a BIG plus!
