IndustrySales Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to join our Everywhere Business Unit (Brewing Bots/ Vending machines), focused on acquiring and scaling large/global accounts. This role involves building and nurturing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, CHROs, Heads of Administration, and Procurement Heads, while identifying high-impact business opportunities and closing significant deals.
As a Global Account Manager (GAM), your objective will be to establish and grow a high-value portfolio, generating over ₹10 crore in annual business per account.

Responsibilities:
- Working to onboard the assigned set of Manufacturing industry accounts with a headcount of >1000 factory staff
- Working closely with Infra Management companies to onboard their existing clients
- Participate in relevant RFPs and tenders
- Manage relationship and ensure profitability of such accounts
- Generating expected revenue from the assigned accounts
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Engage with customer service team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts with timeline along with service team
Requirements:
- Experience of handling Manufacturing companies, Facility companies
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
