Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute internal communication strategies to enhance corporate reputation.
- Manage employee engagement events and ensure consistent storytelling across platforms.
- Collaborate with HR to drive employer branding and highlight business milestones.
- Create and edit content for newsletters, digital platforms, and social media.
- Partner with agencies for creative, social media, and event management.
- Track and report the impact of communication initiatives.
Key Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in internal/corporate communications.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English; strong storytelling ability.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools, social media, and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven event management experience.
- Creative, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
