Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute internal communication strategies to enhance corporate reputation.
• Manage employee engagement events and ensure consistent storytelling across platforms.
• Collaborate with HR to drive employer branding and highlight business milestones.
• Create and edit content for newsletters, digital platforms, and social media.
• Partner with agencies for creative, social media, and event management.
• Track and report the impact of communication initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in internal/corporate communications.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong storytelling ability.
• Hands-on experience with digital tools, social media, and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven event management experience.
• Creative, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
