Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales strategy and execution for API-based products and solutions
• Own revenue targets, pipeline management, and forecasting for API sales
• Identify, engage, and onboard partners/clients requiring API integrations (B2B, fintechs, platforms)
• Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders including tech and product teams on the client side
• Work closely with internal Product and Tech teams to align API offerings with market needs
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including solutioning, demos, negotiations, and closures
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for API products across segments
• Track and optimize sales performance metrics, conversion funnels, and deal velocity
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging API use cases
• Build scalable processes for API sales and partner onboarding

Key Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on API / SaaS / fintech solutions
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform-based business models
• Proven track record of closing complex, solution-based deals
• Experience working with fintechs, aggregators, or enterprise clients
• Ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in financial services, payments, or trading platforms preferred
• Prior experience in high-growth or startup environments is a plus
