Hiring for the role of Senior Manager, Debt Control Group

Location: Delhi

Qualification: CA/MBA

Experience : 10-12 Years

ROLES:

1.Lead and support in all activities related to debt operations across the geographies and be responsible for including but not limited to:

 -planning and management of Debt and Banking Facilities including support role in setting up fund and non – fund based limits across the globe including Group Companies

 -all debt operation’s – loan draws, debt servicing, compliance tracking and closure, loan documentation, coordination and relationship management with internal and external constituents on all operational matters

2.Monitoring all end to end procedural control and compliance, all internal and external debt reporting’s, leading treasury audit and accounting interfaces.

3.Monitoring of debt servicing

4. Ensuring compliance tracking and closure

5.Assisting Operations head in any debt raising activities.

6.Assessing the funding requirements across entities and negotiating with banks for setting up limits at competitive pricings.

7.Conducting Treasury Internal audit for various entities - managing and addressing issue trackers/pending compliances.

8.Close working with Group Companies and Working Capital management team to have an accurate understanding of liquidity and banking needs.

9.Tracking the implementation of all existing debt and treasury process and policies.
