Position: Senior Manager Sales – Aftermarket
Experience: 8-14 years
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the aftermarket segment.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in ADAS and smart mobility products.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
Key Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs and shippers.
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of each key account and tailor solutions to meet their specific objectives.
- Drive key account profitability through effective negotiation, pricing strategies, and value-added services.
Supply Chain and Logistics:
- Oversee the supply chain and logistics process for aftermarket sales, ensuring timely delivery of products to OEMs and shippers.
- Optimize inventory management and distribution channels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Market Analysis and Forecasting:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Forecast sales volumes and revenue projections for aftermarket products, providing insights to inform decision-making.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
- Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance evaluations to drive individual and team success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 8-14 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on aftermarket automotive products.
- Proven track record of success in key account management and profitability optimization
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, particularly in the automotive industry
