- Formulating business plans / projections in-line with organizational vision and driving business growth through identification and penetration of new market segments; business through Hyundai Dealers/After Market Distributors/HASC/HPSC’s/Online Business in addition to Warehouse/Logistics and Vendor Management.
- Appointment of New Distributors and setting of new Warehouses of the new Dealers/Distributors and Prompt Supplies through Effective Logistics.
- Keeping track of relevant changes in various rules, regulation and policy matters and liaising with shipping lines regarding exports and import shipments.
- Performing the sales, trend, and volume analysis; conducting research on competitor products and maintaining competitive comparisons and evaluations, thereby gathering insights on shaping direction of the product.
- Assessing revenue potential in a particular overseas market after carefully studying and strategizing it.
- Undertaking steps for accomplishment of the preset targets by carefully effectuating plans /strategies and building relationships with associations in respective countries for understanding business complexity.
