- Leads the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems while leading and co-leading teams.
- Co-ordinate with ATP and other stakeholders to understand the capex/ process requirement to ensure on-site manufacturing readiness
- Discussion with the suppliers, scope finalization, quotation & compilation
- Purchase order preparation
- Execution of the project (Layout preparation, site readiness, equipment trials, inspections, etc.)
- Process / Quality / Capacity Improvement Ø Industrial Engineering.
- Ergonomics study & improvement implementation
- Process Planning & DocumentationProject planning, Scheduling, tracking
- Execution of the project
- Closure of open points
- Monitors and communicates project status to project team.
- Assists with managing project risk; uses quality tools to identify areas of risk.
- PFD/ PFMEA/ Control plan/ CMEA/ MQV / SWM for Current Product readiness
- Understand the line balancing and working on bottleneck stations
