Your role will cover

• You create target group-specific content and take over the implementation of communication measures
• You develop innovative ideas and campaigns for our customers and employees
• You take over text conception, creation & management
• You are responsible for omnichannel content creation, including employer branding, PR, social, web, outdoor advertising, mailings & live talks
• You provide content and implementation support for our entire team
• You design the expansion and optimization of our website
• You are the interface to journalists, specialist media, local press, etc. along with the development/maintenance of the network
• You support projects, events, and trade fairs and are the interface to internal communication
• You develop the marketing strategy in close coordination with the marketing management and the management

Requirements

• The knowledge from your completed studies or training in the field of marketing/communication lets you solve any task
• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the real estate and/or service sector
• Your skillset includes very good analytical skills and a structured approach distinguishes you
• The open dialogue with customers and colleagues is pure fun for you because communication is your strength

• As a digital native, you are a professional in the common online marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics), the Adobe Creative Suite, website tools (e.g. WordPress) and social media channels (especially LinkedIn and Instagram)
• You are creative and like to think "out of the box".
• You are an organizational talent, your way of working is conceptual, fresh and solution-oriented
• You have the ability and flexibility to quickly familiarize yourself with new processes and ensure the ideal workflow in the team
• You are fluent in German and English skills, spoken and written, as well as a modern and appealing writing style
• You are characterized by ambition, flexibility as well as an intensive willingness to learn and work
• You are enthusiastic like to identify with your job and want to work with a young team
