Brief Description:

The Master Data Management (MDM) Developer will be responsible for applying MDM strategies, requirements and policies aligned to the company’s vision, and supporting an MDM implementation on Informatica platform technologies. The candidate should be able to design and develop the information architecture for a robust MDM platform that matches and consolidates key data subject areas in a manner that is aligned to the company’s strategic vision.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Relevant 3-8 years of experience in MDM design, development, support and operations with Informatica MDM tool suite preferably or any MDM product.

• Hands-on expertise required with Informatica tools and utilities such as Data Controls, Data Director and Data Quality preferably or any ETL tool.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in defining Master Data Management strategies, implementing MDM services and capabilities, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions.

• Good experience in Unix shell scripting

• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and their applications.

• Strong data analysis skills. Proficient in writing complex and efficient SQL queries and tuning them for performance when required.

• Willing to learn and work on Informatica MDM product.

• Exposure to and conceptual understanding of data integration tools and technologies such as Informatica PowerCenter, Microsoft SSIS and RDBMS concepts and methods within Oracle / SQL Server 2008/12/14.

• Familiarity with iterative development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
