Our Client, a leading Agriculture / Farming Company is looking to hire a Senior Officer Trial ( Open Field or Green house). Budget : 4K - 6K

Note : Bachelor's Degree or MAster's Degree in Agriculture or Agronomy is a must or relevant experience for min 5+ years.

●        5-10 years of experience in agriculture, agronomy, and crop management.

●        Experience in managing R&D trials in similar crops / environment. 

●        Good knowledge in crop production, soil management, crop nutrition, irrigation, technology application in agriculture.

●        Experience in working in agriculture under similar gulf climatic conditions

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and organize trials (Open -field and greenhouse)
• Contribute to the design and development experiments
• Manage and monitor crop conditions in close detail
• Apply treatments to experiment according to agreed protocols
• Collect and accurately record data, Record and process results
• Liaise with the technical team and Farm operation team at all levels, Support research staff
• Help undertake demonstrations and presentations for commercial clients
• Oversee the running of research sites, from effective budget management to maintaining site buildings and equipment
• Support the audit trails and accompany visiting auditors
