● Learning the Users State of Mind of users at their points of interaction with organization, how have the Users state of mind changed over time, what were the states of mind prior to their interaction with organization.
● Challenge the Status Quo regularly to ensure the organization's Products adapt with time, people and sets a benchmark in the Design Industry
● Build a Culture of Growth & Freedom that's nurturing and motivating.
● Efficiently Report progress of projects both Objectively & Subjectively at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
● Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals
● Serve as the Bridge between the Tech and Product Design team and between the Product Design team and individual organization Verticals
● Drafting Plan of Actions, implementation, monitoring, analysing your Teams work
● Qualitatively User Testing ideas, experiments, hypotheses
● Gathering the business requirements and to find out what needs researching, designing on usability testing
● Participating in sketching, prototyping and user testing, before passing the design onto the development team
